Organisational Development

Organisational Development: This programme is the backbone of the society. It is the systems and structures that support the well-functioning of the programmes of the Society. It comprises the Human Resources, Communications, Financial Management and Audit, Logistics and Procurement and Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting (PMER). It aims at strengthening the National Society branches and the human, material and financial resources of the SLRCS which makes the programmes work well.
